Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to the business unit by partnering with line managers on employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and rewards & recognition initiatives.
  
• Develop and implement effective HR processes and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee retention, turnover rates, and other key metrics.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that drive business outcomes.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, regulations regarding employment practices.
