Location: Pune-Hinjewadi Phase III

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and employee-centric HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders and employees across various HR functions. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the business, driving employee engagement, talent management, performance management, and HR operations while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide HR solutions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
• Support performance management processes, goal setting, and appraisal cycles.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to support hiring and workforce planning.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Conduct employee connect sessions, skip-level meetings, and grievance resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Support organizational change management and HR transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience as an HRBP, HR Generalist, or similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT/Technology organizations.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and managing multiple stakeholders.
