Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end business process for employee engagement, grievance management, PMS & policy implementation by visiting stores/Branch in Maharashtra and Karnataka
• Drive HR Strategy at Branch Level
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
• Understand employee issues and concerns by enquiring, exploring and reviewing the data provided by the employee and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues through grievance redressal mechanisms.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee engagement initiatives.
• Drive a performance driven culture in the Branch by timely monitoring, review of performance and feedback to the team members
