VLCC Skills** is looking for an experienced **HR Business Partner** to manage HR operations and business partnering across multiple institutes**.

**Location:** VLCC Corporate Office, Magnum City Centre, Sector 63, Gurugram
**Work Days:** 6 days, 8.5 hours
**Reporting:** CHRO

**Ideal Candidate:**
MBA/PGDM in HR with **58 years of relevant experience**, strong Excel & PowerPoint skills, HRMS knowledge (PeopleStrong preferred), and experience handling multi-location teams.
