Role & responsibilities

• Employee Query Management: Act as the first point of contact for employees, resolving day-to-day queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, benefits, and other employee concerns.
• Payroll Coordination: Collect, validate, and share monthly payroll inputs with the Payroll team, including attendance, leave, new joiners, exits, salary changes, incentives, and other relevant inputs.
• Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor attendance and leave data, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with employees/managers and relevant teams for timely resolution.
• HRMS & Data Management: Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure timely updates for employee movements, changes, and other HR transactions.
• Employee Engagement & Support: Support employee engagement initiatives and work closely with business teams to address employee concerns and improve the overall employee experience.
• Manager/Business Support: Partner with managers on day-to-day people-related matters, providing guidance on HR processes, policies, attendance, performance, and employee concerns.
• Policy & Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and processes and support implementation of HR initiatives across the business.
