Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business objectives.
• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Oversee benefits administration, compensation, and compliance with labor laws.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement organizational initiatives.
• Ensure all HR activities align with company policies and procedures.

• Must have the knowledge of Hiring & vendor management.
