HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Experience: 1- 6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to support HR and employee-related requirements.
• Handle employee engagement, performance management, grievance handling and HR operations.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment and onboarding.
• Drive HR policies, processes and compliance across assigned locations.
• Analyse HR data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support training, development and talent management initiatives.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and HRMS knowledge.
