Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth, employee engagement, and retention in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Design and deliver induction programs for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Manage performance management systems to measure employee progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide coaching/training as needed.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR policies that align with company goals.

Job Requirements :

• 3.5-8 years of experience in an HR role within the BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and practices.
• Proven track record in developing effective HR strategies that drive business results.
