About this role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Service, Marketing and Support functional managers on day-to-day people matters and provide HR support aligned to business priorities.
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely closure of open positions by managing manpower requisitions, interview scheduling, stakeholder communication, offer approvals, and onboarding readiness.
- Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, and manpower budgeting in collaboration with the HRBP Manager.
- Coordinate for performance management processes, including goal setting and review cycles.
- Partner with managers to identify learning needs and coordinate capability-building initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, skip-level connects, and action plans to improve employee experience.
- Support employee relations by addressing employee queries, facilitating grievance resolution, and ensuring policy compliance.
- Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, hiring status, headcount, and productivity, and share actionable insights with HRBP Manager via Dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory requirements, and organizational governance.
- Hands on experience in recruitment is mandatory
