HRBP-PMS + ER/IR + COE

Role & responsibilities

This is essentially an HR Transformation + HR Business Partner / HR Generalist role, with a strong focus on change management, organization design, PMS, employee engagement, ER/IR, and HR operations.

The person will initially help transform the HR function and make HR more structured, efficient, and aligned with business needs.

In simple terms, they will:

Drive HR transformation: Implement new HR processes, systems, policies, and ways of working.

Organization Design: Help decide the right HR structure, roles, manpower and reporting lines.

HR Business Partnering: Understand business requirements and provide HR solutions.

Performance Management: Ensure employees complete goal setting, mid-year reviews and year-end appraisals on time.

Talent Management: Work with HR COEs on talent development, succession planning and leadership development.

Employee Engagement: Conduct employee interactions, engagement activities and communication sessions.

Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns and maintain healthy employee-management relationships.

ER/IR & Compliance: Particularly important in a manufacturing/petrochemical environmentmaintain industrial harmony and ensure labour-law compliance.

HR MIS: Prepare and analyse HR dashboards, reports and metrics.

Policy Advisory: Guide employees and managers on HR policies.
