Role & responsibilities

• HR Business partner for across all the departments
• Talent Development and management
• Succession planning and retention strategies
• Manage Reward and recognition programs and employee engagement activities in coordination with business
• Employee connect- Coffee and connect on regular basis
• Handling employee grievances
• Training and development, facilitate soft skill training, functional trainings on PMS and POSH
• Responsible for Performance management, resolve employee queries related to goal setting, midyear assessment and annual assessment and calibration.
