HRBP Payroll Compliance

We are looking for a skilled HRBP with strong expertise in Payroll, Statutory Compliance, HR Operations & Employee Relations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience and be responsible for payroll coordination, PF/ESI, labour compliance, HR MIS, audits, policies, onboarding, exits, and employee support.

• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees.
• Manage PF/ESI and labour compliance, including registration and returns filing.
• Prepare and maintain accurate HR MIS reports.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Develop and implement effective policies and procedures for HR operations.
• Support onboarding and exit processes for new and terminating employees.

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Experience in HR operations, employee relations, and labour compliance.
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate HR MIS reports.
