HRBP Operations & Employee Experience

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering efficient HR operations and ensuring seamless execution of key employee lifecycle processes across the business. The role will act as the operational backbone for the HRBP team while gaining exposure to workforce planning, employee engagement, HR analytics, and business-facing HR initiatives. This position is designed as a career pathway into an HR Business Partner role, offering opportunities to develop business acumen, stakeholder management, and people-centric HR capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

• Coordinate employee induction programs and ensure a seamless joining experience for new hires.
• Support employee offboarding activities, including clearances, documentation, systems updates, and separation formalities.

Payroll & Attendance Administration

• Consolidate and validate monthly payroll inputs in collaboration with payroll and HR teams.

HR Digitization & Process Excellence

• Drive system corrections, data quality initiatives, and process improvement projects.
• Support implementation and monitoring of HR automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Coordinate employee recognition and rewards programs, ensuring timely communication and reward fulfillment.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, cultural programs, and company-wide HR campaigns.

Workforce Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare and publish HR dashboards, employee master reports, productivity reports, and workforce analytics.
• Track manpower movements, staffing status, hiring updates, and organization structure changes.
• Generate insights from HR data to support workforce planning and business decision-making.

HRBP & Business Support

• Partner closely with HRBPs to support business-specific HR initiatives and people processes.
• Assist in preparing workforce reviews, staffing updates, and business presentations.
• Coordinate approval workflows, employee cases, and policy exceptions as required.
• Support implementation of HR programs and interventions across the assigned business.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of HR programs and employee services.
• Manage vendor relationships related to employee experience, rewards, welfare initiatives, and operational requirements.
• Track service delivery and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline.
• 2-6 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Shared Services roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS platforms.
• Experience in managing employee lifecycle processes, reporting, and HR operations in a fast-paced organization.
