Role & responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and managers on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and people-related matters.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, career development, and retention initiatives.
• Support performance management processes and build a high-performance culture.
• Lead initiatives around employee engagement, culture, and employee experience.
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, restructuring, and change management.
• Use HR analytics and people metrics to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with COEs / HR teams on talent acquisition, L&D, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
• Coach managers and leaders on effective people management and leadership practices.

Qualification & Experience

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• 610 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with HRBP exposure.
• Experience partnering with business leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
