HRBP Lead

Job Summary

Strategic HR partner for Product & Technology leadership, driving workforce strategy,talent outcomes, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, culture, and transformation across Engineering, Product, AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Align people strategy with technology and product business goals.

• Lead workforce planning, succession, retention, and talent strategies for critical technology roles.

• Coach leaders on performance, organizational effectiveness, and talent decisions.

• Drive employee engagement, DEIB, culture, and employee experience initiatives.

• Lead organizational change, restructuring, and transformation programs.

• Manage complex employee relations matters and compliance requirements.

• Leverage workforce analytics to provide business insights and recommendations.

Stakeholders

• CTO, CPO, Engineering & Product Leaders

• HR COEs, Talent Acquisition, L & D, Rewards

• Business Leadership Teams

Qualifications

MBA/Master's in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.

SHRM/HRCI certifications preferred.

Experience

15-20 years of HR experience with significant HRBP exposure supporting Product, SaaS, Cloud, AI/ML, Engineering, or Digital organizations.
