Role & responsibilities:

1. Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing grievances, and facilitating resolutions.

Promote a positive work environment and culture through effective communication and employee engagement activities.

2. Talent Management:

Assist in workforce planning, recruitment, and selection processes to ensure the right talent is hired.

Design and Implement onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

Develop and manage career development programs, including training and professional growth opportunities.

3. Performance Management:

Support manager in conducting performance appraisals, providing feedback, and setting development goals.

Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

4. Compliance and Policies:

Understanding of compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR legal requirements, factories act. etc

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness.

5. HR Analytics and Reporting:

Analyze HR data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management.

Prepare and present HR reports on metrics such as turnover, recruitment, and employee satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile:

Essential Qualification : Any graduate + MSW, MBA HR, MHRM Experience : 10-12 years

Critical Competencies:

Language proficiency: Gujarati & English

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
