Work Location - Film City, Noida

We are looking for an Intern to Support HRBP to assist in day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. This role is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of HR processes and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR documentation and maintain accurate employee data records.
• Update and track HR dashboards (employee status, performance records, engagement records, etc.) using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders for contracts, HR communications, and process support.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Basic knowledge of HR processes with eagerness to learn and support operations.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable reaching out via calls, emails, or messages.
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (filters, simple formulas, data updates).
