HRBP- Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an HRBP Intern to support the HR Business Partner team in day-to-day employee engagement, HR operations, and people-related activities. This role is ideal for an MBA/PGDM HR fresher who wants to gain practical exposure to HRBP functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HRBPs in day-to-day employee-related activities.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR reports.
• Support employee onboarding and exit processes.
• Coordinate with employees and internal teams for HR-related requirements.
• Assist in tracking attendance, leave, performance, and employee-related data.
• Support HRBP in preparing MIS reports and presentations.
• Assist with employee grievance handling and follow-ups.
• Participate in employee connect sessions and engagement activities.
• Support HR projects and other HR initiatives as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR data.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification:
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

• Experience:

• Freshers / 01 year of experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work from the office in Bangalore.
