HRBP intern

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Partner with HR team to develop and implement employee engagement strategies.
• Assist in conducting exit interviews to identify areas for improvement in employee retention.
• Collaborate with managers to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee performance.
• Provide support in resolving employee relations issues through effective communication.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in an HR Generalist role or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR generalist activities such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, etc.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
