Role & responsibilities -

1. Employee Engagement (EE)

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure high participation and seamless execution of events

2. Engagement & Event Communication

• Design and create engaging communication materials including:

Emailers and newsletters Event teasers and creatives Post-event updates and highlights

3. Process Excellence & HR Operations

• Support key HR processes including:

Training coordination and tracking Exit management processes Launchpad New Joiner Onboarding Program

4. Stakeholder Management

5. HRBP Connects

• Assist in organizing and facilitating HRBP connects with: Existing employees New joiners
• Support feedback collection and engagement tracking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
