HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) - Corporate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support corporate functions and drive people initiatives aligned with business objectives. The HRBP will act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, employee engagement, talent management, performance management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide HR solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and appraisal cycles.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies.
• Assist in manpower planning and recruitment coordination.
• Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and employee performance trends.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.
• Coordinate learning and development programs based on business requirements.
• Maintain HR records and generate periodic HR reports and dashboards.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience handling corporate functions such as Finance, IT, Procurement, Sales, or Shared Services.
• Good analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and organizational development initiatives.
