HRBP For Retail

Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment: Hiring store staff and managers.
• Employee Relations: Handle grievances, discipline, and workplace issues.
• Performance Management: Support appraisals, targets, and performance improvement.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs.
• Manpower Planning: Ensure adequate staffing across stores.
• HR Policies: Implement company policies and ensure compliance.
• Employee Engagement: Improve retention, motivation, and workplace culture.
• HR Analytics: Track attrition, absenteeism, headcount, and other HR metrics.
• Business Support: Partner with retail managers to align people strategies with business goals.

Preferred candidate profile

• 510 years of HR experience, preferably in retail/FMCG.
• Strong experience in HR Business Partnering and employee relations.
• Hands-on exposure to retail/store operations and frontline workforce management.
• Good understanding of recruitment, performance management, engagement, and HR policies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume, multi-location teams and fast-paced environments.
• HR/PG qualification preferred.
