Coordinate and run the Human Resource department as per the companies policies and guidelines.

• Ensure Compliance concerning various internal (EssilorLuxottica guidelines referential & benchmarks) &

external (Law of the Land & Government guidelines pertaining to Factories Act of India) standards.

• Maintain IR status co by liasing with the various union, settling the CBAs and maintaining the cordial working

atmosphere in the factory by encouraging various employee engagement activities.

• Manage all activities regarding employee welfare, such as Canteen, First Aid and Crche facilities, annual

medical checkups, transportation.

• Implement and manage effective security and gate control systems in the entity with the help from agencies.

• Ensure the core values of EssilorLuxottica is cascaded to the local entity through various platforms and related

activities like Employee Opinion Survey.

• Ensure the HR Calendar comprising of goal setting, evaluation, development and talent management is

adhered to

• Ensure all the training need of the company as a whole is met by arranging various training programs.

• Management of compensation and benefits for employees inline with policies and country law requirements

• Management of manpower availability with required agencies, hiring etc as per the business requirements.

• Representing EMIL with variuos governing bodies in connection with various litigations, labour situations or

any other requirement pertaining to Factories act & Labour laws.

• Filling of all reports and returns pertaining to all Government departments and other statutory bodies, as well

as managing all Licenses and their renewals.

• Coordinate and facilitate the local management and supervisory staff to address various requirements arising

out of day to day activities pertaining to people activities.

• Lead and implement initiaties on Corporate Social Responsibility agenda's inline with agreed plan for the year.
