Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and operational teams on HR matters
  • Support manpower planning and recruitment of Kitchen & Service employees
  • Handle employee relations, grievances and engagement
  • Drive performance management and HR initiatives
  • Support training & development programs attendance.
  • Monitor employee lifecycle activities, attendance and HRMS
  • Prepare HR MIS and analyse manpower, attrition and engagement data
  • Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes
