About this role
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, supporting organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, ensuring timely and quality hiring for hotel & resort operations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices.
- Manage talent management programs including succession planning, learning & development, and career progression.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with statutory HR regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business expansion and change management initiatives.
- Maintain HR compliance systems and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the hotel & resort industry.
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and HR Policy formulation.
- Hands-on experience in Talent Management, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
- Proficiency in Payroll Management and HR Compliance Systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
