Urgent Hiring HR Business Partner (HRBP) | Kanpur

We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a leading organisation in Kanpur.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Talent Management, Sales Hiring and HR Operations, preferably from the Electrical, Engineering or Manufacturing industry.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of relevant HR experience
MBA / PGDM – HR mandatory
Strong hands-on experience in Talent Management
Proven experience in Sales Hiring / Sales Recruitment
Experience in Electrical / Engineering / Manufacturing industry preferred
Strong exposure to B2B Sales Hiring and Field Sales Recruitment
Good knowledge of HR Operations, Compliance and Payroll
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
Good employee engagement and retention experience
Strong career stability and consistent employment record
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Notice Period: Maximum 30 Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Talent Management initiatives
  • Drive Sales Hiring and manpower planning
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers
  • Manage recruitment for Sales and Commercial functions
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Handle HR Operations, Compliance and Payroll coordination
  • Support Performance Management and Employee Development
  • Maintain HR MIS and recruitment dashboards
  • Support workforce planning and HR strategy

Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh
