HRBP - Contractual (1 year contract)

We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders and employees on people-related matters. The role will focus on employee engagement, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, employee relations, and effective implementation of HR policies and initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, a good understanding of HR practices, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective people solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business leaders and managers to understand business priorities and provide HR guidance.
• Support the implementation of people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide guidance to managers on people-related matters, organizational effectiveness, and team dynamics.
• Build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders across functions.

2. Performance & Talent Management

• Support performance management, goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisal processes.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and identification of high-potential employees.
• Partner with managers to identify learning needs and development opportunities.
• Support internal job movements, promotions, and career development initiatives.

3. Employee Engagement & Experience

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support action planning based on employee feedback.
• Partner with managers to strengthen team effectiveness, employee experience, and retention.
• Support onboarding and integration of new employees.
• Identify potential employee concerns and recommend appropriate interventions.

4. Employee Relations & HR Advisory

• Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support managers in handling performance-related concerns, workplace issues, and employee grievances.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure appropriate documentation of employee-related matters.

5. Workforce Planning & HR Operations

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and support manpower planning.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment priorities and hiring plans.
• Support compensation reviews, promotions, internal movements, and annual HR cycles.
• Work closely with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other HR teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

6. HR Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyse key HR metrics, including attrition, headcount, engagement, and workforce trends.
• Prepare HR dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify people-related risks and recommend improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant postgraduate qualification.
• 37 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of performance management, employee engagement, talent management, and employee relations.
• Ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
