Job Summary
HRBP - BPO Customer Success (Night Shift)
Were looking for an experienced HR professional to be the dedicated HRBP for our BPO / Customer Success team on night shift. This is a floor-facing role for someone who is strong in employee relations, comfortable handling sensitive matters independently, and confident exercising judgment when senior leadership isn't immediately reachable.
Role Details
- Reports to: Head of HR, India
- Shift: Night shift
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations (Core Focus)
- Primary point of contact for grievances, conflicts, and escalations on the floor
- Independently handle POSH complaints, retaliation concerns
- Build trust so employees feel safe raising issues early
HR Business Partnership
- Advise floor managers on performance, attendance, and disciplinary matters
- Provide real-time guidance during night shift when issues cant wait
- Drive retention and engagement strategies suited to a night-shift environment
HR Operations Compliance
- Ensure attendance, leave, and exit processes run smoothly across shifts
- Maintain compliance with labor laws relevant to night-shift work (safety, transport, working hours)
- Keep accurate, confidential case documentation
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of HR experience, with strong hands-on employee relations exposure - ideally in BPO or high-volume operations
- Demonstrated experience independently handling POSH investigations and retaliation cases
- Working knowledge of Indian labor law, POSH Act, and shift-based compliance
- Night-shift / 24x7 operations experience preferred
- Sound judgment and comfort operating independently

- Employee relations expertise, discretion ethical judgment, calm under pressure, strong conflict-resolution skills, fair, consistent policy application
Education
- Bachelors required; MBA/Masters in HR or related field preferred
