HRBP / HR Generalist (1-4 Years of Experience) - Bangalore

We re looking for a proactive and people-oriented HRBP, 1-4 years of experience to join our Bangalore team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for open roles - sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer closure.

• Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.

• Maintain and update employee records and ensure smooth HR documentation.

• Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination with the central HR team.

• Help execute employee engagement activities and drive internal communication.

• Provide basic HR support to the team and escalate issues where needed.

• Contribute ideas to enhance recruitment branding and the overall employee experience.
  
  

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on recruitment or generalist operations.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute; post-graduation in HR is a plus.

• Based in Bangalore and comfortable working from the office for 5 days a week
