The India HRA team lead is responsible for supporting and managing the India HR Associate team. The HR Associates are responsible for managing high volume HR transactions and data requests using our Workday HCM, as well as other requests to support the business needs of our leaders and HR partners.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the HR associate team (currently 5 HRAs) from a people and capability management perspective.
- Process transactions, including confidential transactions, cross-business unit organizational changes, and other sensitive matters.
- Use technology to improve and automate activities; Workday super user.
- Onboard and train new HRAs to successfully perform role - provide ongoing business coaching in executing business tasks.
Requirements
- Customer service / employee service experience.
- 3-4 years of customer and / or employee services experience.
- 3+ years of Workday experience.
- 3+ years of HR transaction experience.
- Experience with HR processes, policies, and general HR acumen.
- Workday transaction experience.
- ServiceNow experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively manage people and teams.
