Role Overview

We are looking for a Wellness Lead to manage and drive the end-to-end employee wellness and benefits portfolio for employees. The role will oversee insurance, healthcare, wellbeing programs, partner management, governance, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee insurance programs including GMC, GTLI and GPA.
• Handle end-to-end insurance operations including claims, reimbursements, enrollments, policy administration and escalations.
• Manage TPAs, brokers, insurers and other wellness partners.
• Lead annual insurance renewals, benefit design and enhancement initiatives.
• Drive wellness programs such as Annual Health Check-ups, EAP, creche services and hospital partnerships.
• Develop and execute wellness initiatives across physical, mental, emotional, financial and preventive wellbeing.
• Drive employee awareness, engagement and adoption of wellness programs.
• Develop MIS, dashboards and leadership reviews covering utilization, claims and program effectiveness.
• Drive governance, process improvements, compliance and cost efficiency.
• Partner with Workplace Experience teams for implementation across locations.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 4-7 years of relevant HR experience; wellness/employee benefits experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder and partner management skills.
• Excellent analytical, presentation and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong design thinking and employee-centric approach.
• Ability to manage complex operations and strategic initiatives.
• High ownership, attention to detail and execution capability.
