    • Prepare employment letters and maintain employee records.
    • Coordinate new joiner induction and offboarding.

    HR Operations

    • Coordinate statutory HR matters including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and other applicable requirements with relevant vendors/partners.

    • Coordinate with office, IT, insurance and other local vendors.
    • Support laptop/equipment issuance and asset records for employees.
    • Assist with travel, courier, documentation and other operational requirements.
    • Support local employee engagement activities and company events.
    • Handle other HR and administrative duties as required.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
    • 2–4 years of HR operations/generalist experience in India.
    • Hands-on experience supporting recruitment and employee lifecycle administration.
    • Basic working knowledge of Indian employment practices and statutory requirements such as PF and ESIC.
    • Experience coordinating payroll is preferred.
    • Comfortable working independently in a small/growing organisation.
    • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Good spoken and written English.

    What We're Looking For

Someone who is hands-on, organised and willing to take ownership. As our India team grows, this person should be comfortable handling both HR and administrative work rather than operating within a narrowly defined HR function.
