Job Summary
As part of EY GDS People Consulting, the HR Transformation (HRT) team works with organizations to transform HR functions through operating model redesign, Shared Services Centers (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS) and service delivery transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will support large-scale HR Transformation engagements focused on HR Shared Services, service delivery optimization, process transformation and operating model enhancement. This role provides an opportunity to work with global clients and teams to help organizations build scalable, efficient and future-ready HR service delivery capabilities.
Your key responsibilities
- Support/ Design HR Transformation and HR Shared Services engagements across multiple industries and geographies
- Assist in conducting current-state assessments of HR service delivery and operating models
- Support process documentation, process mapping and future-state design activities across Hire-to-Retire processes
- Develop client deliverables including process maps, SOPs, work instructions, governance documentation and service catalogues
- Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirements gathering sessions
- Support Shared Services and Global Business Services (GBS) transformation initiatives
- Assist in defining service delivery frameworks, SLAs, KPIs and governance models
- Support transition and migration activities associated with SSC implementations
- Analyze operational and workforce data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Support HR technology-enabled transformation initiatives including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM
- Contribute to project management, status reporting and risk management activities

Ideally, youll also have

- Knowledge of HR operating model and service delivery concepts
- Experience with process mapping and process improvement methodologies
- Understanding of HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM
- Exposure to change management and transformation programs
- Interest in digital HR, automation and AI-enabled HR transformation
What we look for
- 2-4 years of experience preferably in HR Transformation, HR Shared Services, Service Delivery Transformation or HR Consulting domain
- Master's degree in HR or similar full-time MBA/EMBA
- Exposure to HR Shared Services (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS) or HR Operating Model engagements
- Understanding of HR service delivery, process transformation and governance frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a consulting environment
- Strong understanding of one or more HCM systems - Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, etc.
- Experience in process mapping, SOP development and business documentation will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
