About this role
Key Responsibilities
-Handle recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
-Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HR databases.
-Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee queries.
-Coordinate with clients and employees for manpower deployment and HR requirements.
-Support PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus and other statutory compliance activities.
-Prepare HR MIS, trackers, reports, and other HR-related documents.
-Ensure timely completion of assigned HR operations and follow-ups.
- Knowledge about MS office and Google Sheets.
