HR Trainee (Recruitment)

Position: HR Trainee (Recruitment)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Male candidate preferred.
• Basic knowledge and exposure to Recruitment & Talent Acquisition activities.
• Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and maintaining recruitment data.
• Ability to coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring cycle.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with internship experience in HR Recruitment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
• Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Supporting onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
• Assisting in employee engagement and HR operations activities as required.
