Welspun GCC is hiring HR Trainees for its HR Shared Services team. This is a great opportunity to work with one of India's leading Global Capability Centers and gain exposure to global HR processes, best practices, and a professional shared services environment.

Role & Responsibilities

HR Operations Trainee

• Handling HR operations activities
• Managing Employee Self-Service (ESS) functions
• Invoice management and related coordination
• Maintaining HR records and documentation

Offboarding Trainee

• Managing employee exit formalities
• Coordinating end-to-end offboarding activities
• Ensuring accurate documentation and process compliance

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR functions
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR Shared Services

Compensation

• CTC: 2.18 LPA
• In-hand Salary: Approx. 18,000 per month
• Salary revision upon confirmation after one year (based on performance)
