Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and enthusiastic HR Trainee/Fresher who has good computer skills and is eager to build a career in Human Resources. The candidate will support recruitment, HR operations, MIS reporting, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and administrative activities while learning HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
• Prepare manpower reports, recruitment trackers, interview status reports, attendance reports, and employee database.
• Analyze HR data and generate reports using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, Basic Formulas).
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documents.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.
• Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities.
• Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.
• Handle HR operational and administrative activities.
• Perform any other HR responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications

• MBA (HR) / BBA / B. Com / Any Graduate.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• 0-1 year of experience preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Data Validation, Basic MIS Reporting).
• Good knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong computer proficiency and typing skills.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Telugu will be an added advantage).
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
