About this role
Education
- MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institution, preferably a Tier-1 institute.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in:
- HRMS implementation, configuration, and management (Darwinbox preferred)
- HR process automation and optimization
- HR analytics, reporting, and process adoption initiatives
Functional Expertise
- Hands-on experience in implementing and managing HRMS platforms, preferably Darwinbox.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
- Drive HR digitization, automation, and technology-enabled transformation projects.
- Design and develop HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and AI-enabled HR solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including process design, enhancement, automation, testing, deployment, user training, and adoption.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, workflows, and system integration requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and insights generation to support business decision-making.
