Lead, manage, and motivate a team of HR recruiters to achieve hiring targets.

Allocate recruitment requirements and monitor daily team performance.

Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.

Ensure timely closure of client requirements and maintain recruitment quality.

Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.

Track daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and team productivity.

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

Knowledge of job portals, sourcing techniques, and recruitment processes.

Target-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience in handling a recruitment team and achieving hiring targets is desirable.

Working days- 10 to 6:30
