HR (Talent Acquisition)

Roles and Responsibilities : -

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of departments and functions. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a passion for finding the right talent to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future workforce requirements.
• Prepare and publish engaging job descriptions across job portals, career sites, and other recruitment channels.
• Source and attract candidates through job portals, employee referrals, branch walk-in drives, job fairs, campus hiring initiatives, and professional networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for both technical competencies and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment records in the HRMS.
• Manage the end-to-end offer process, including salary discussions, preparation of offer proposals, and obtaining necessary approvals from respective managers.
• Initiate and coordinate pre-offer activities such as background verification (BGV), medical checks, and system approvals.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
• Track recruitment progress, provide regular hiring updates, and ensure timely closure of open positions.

• Coordinate other HR related support

Qualification : - 2 to 6 years of Experience in Talent Acquisition

Education - MBA / MA HRM / MSW
