Ceiver is a UK-headquartered Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) consultancy and the advisory-led transformation partner for the Office of the CFO. Founded in 2023, we deliver EPM implementations across UKI, EMEA, North America, and APAC, with our India delivery centre based in Bengaluru.

We are official partners of Pigment, Planful, and Prophix, with a bench of pre-vetted Anaplan consultants under active MSAs. We also partner with Databricks and ServiceNow, extending capability beyond EPM into data, analytics, and enterprise workflow.

The Role

As HR & Talent Acquisition Lead, you will work across Ceiver's UK and India operations, owning the end-to-end people function from recruitment execution through payroll, benefits, and HR compliance across full-time employees (India) and global contractor (mICA) onboarding spanning UK, North America, EMEA, APAC, and India.

What you will do

Talent acquisition:

• Own full-cycle recruitment for FTE roles in India and support hiring for Ceiver's UK operations where required Anaplan, Vena, Planful, Pigment consultants, delivery, and functional hires
• Partner with the Resource & Partnership Manager on contractor (mICA) onboarding globally including UKI, North America, EMEA, APAC, and India
• Manage sourcing across Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and consultant networks
• Screen, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage candidate experience through join date

HR operations:

• Own the employee lifecycle for Ceiver's India team and coordinate with UK-side administration offer letters, onboarding, confirmation, exits, and F&F settlements
• Manage payroll administration for India-based employees, coordinating with finance and payroll vendors
• Administer employee benefits health insurance, PF, gratuity, leave management, and reimbursements
• Maintain HRIS, employee records, and statutory documentation

Contractor engagement (in coordination with Resource Manager):

• Coordinate mICA contractor onboarding globally documentation, KYC, agreements, invoicing setup
• Ensure contractor engagement follows Ceiver's contractor policy (tooling, identity, external positioning)
• Manage contractor exits and reference documentation

Compliance & policy:

• Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, PF, ESIC, professional tax, and statutory filings
• Basic awareness of UK employment norms (IR35, PAYE, HMRC filings) to coordinate with UK-side counsel/accountant
• Own HR policies leave, code of conduct, POSH, remote work, expense reimbursement
• Support employer branding through Naukri, LinkedIn, and Ceiver's company pages

Must have

• 3-6 years of HR generalist experience with focus on talent acquisition in IT services, consulting, or SaaS
• Proven experience running full-cycle FTE recruitment sourcing, screening, offer negotiation
• Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referral-based hiring
• Working knowledge of Indian payroll, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labour compliance
• Experience managing HR operations end-to-end for a small-to-mid-sized organisation
• Comfort operating across UK and Indian business timings and geographies
• Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Prior experience hiring for EPM, FP&A, or specialist consulting skills (Anaplan, Pigment, Planful, Vena)
• Exposure to global contractor onboarding (US W2/1099, UK IR35, EU freelance frameworks)
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, or similar)
• Experience with employer branding on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Naukri

Work arrangement

• Location: Fully Remote across India (Bengaluru preferred)
• Work mode: Remote
• Shift: 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM IST (9.5 hours) aligned to UK working hours with NA morning overlap
• Work week: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
