About the Opportunity

We are looking out for aspiring HR professionals for an opportunity giving hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, recruitment operations, stakeholder management and people processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and recruitment follow-ups.
• Assist in managing candidate pipelines, application tracking and recruitment documentation.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support timely hiring requirements.
• Support candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, update applicant information and support hiring reports and data accuracy.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and other HR-related activities, as required.
• Follow established recruitment processes, confidentiality standards and organisational policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, graduated in 2026.
• Freshers with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and digital tools.
