HR Talent Acquisition Executive/Manager

We are seeking a dedicated HR Talent Acquisition Executive/Manager to join our team at Ediffy Consultancy Services in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and selecting the best talent for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct CV searches across various job portals to identify potential candidates. - Screen and shortlist CVs based on client requirements and candidate qualifications. - Conduct interviews to assess candidates skills and fit for the roles. - Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations. - Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback. - Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience. - Manage joining formalities and follow up with candidates post-offer acceptance. - Maintain accurate records and trackers of candidates and recruitment activities. - Handle documentation and payment follow-ups as necessary. Desired Candidate Profile: The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality. A background in English medium education will be an added advantage. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and have a strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape.
