HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role:

We are looking for an HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment sourcing and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

The person will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment pipeline, coordinating with hiring managers, tracking recruiter performance, and ensuring open positions are closed within the required timelines.

Role & responsibilities:

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and priorities.
• Allocate open positions and sourcing targets to the recruitment team.
• Monitor daily and weekly recruiter performance.
• Track candidate progress from sourcing to joining.
• Follow up with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely interview scheduling and feedback.
• Drive the recruitment team to achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
• Identify delays and take necessary action to close positions within the agreed timeline.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and trackers covering sourcing, interviews, offers, and joining.
• Prepare regular recruitment status and performance reports for management.
• Support sourcing for technical and non-technical positions as required.

Preferred candidate profile:

2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Recruitment Sourcing, or HR Recruitment.

Experience in IT, Engineering, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Software, or Technology recruitment is preferred.
