About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR – Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in Recruitment and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
Conduct initial candidate screening through phone calls.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Prepare and post job openings on various platforms.
Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and update ATS/HRMS systems.
Assist with onboarding activities and pre-employment documentation.
Support employee engagement and other HR-related activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Work towards assigned recruitment targets and timelines.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a relevant discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
HR internships or academic exposure to recruitment will be an added advantage.
