About this role
We are looking for a hands-on HR & TA Generalist who can own the complete people function, from hiring to onboarding, engagement, payroll coordination and compliance. Work directly with the founders and build processes from scratchRole & responsibilities .
Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer and closure
Onboarding, HR documentation, employee records and exit formalities
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure PF/ESI/labour law compliance
Drive employee engagement, culture building and grievance handling
Implement HR policies, SOPs and performance review cycles
