Must Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in India HR Operations (end-to-end lifecycle).
• Knowledge of Indian employment laws and HR best practices.
• HR documentation, HRMS handling, payroll coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good Have Skills

• Experience working with global HR teams.
• Exposure to HR reporting, analytics, and process optimization.
• Vendor coordination experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• 1. Manage end-to-end HR operations for India, including onboarding to exit processes.
• 2. Generate offer letters, update HRMS, and prepare exit documentation.
• 3. Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring confidentiality.
• 4. Handle employee relations including grievances, disciplinary actions, performance issues, and terminations.
• 5. Partner with business leaders and collaborate closely with the Regional HR Business Partner.
• 6. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely payroll input submission.
• 7. Coordinate onboarding activities with admin and internal teams.
• 8. Initiate and monitor background verification checks through vendor portals and report findings to HRBP.
