Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handling Statutory Audits.
2. Handling Inspections.
3. Preparation of documents and records for statutory audits.
4. Addressing queries raised during audits and inspections.
5. Handling employees salary-related grievances.
6. Managing PF & ESIC related grievances and coordinating with authorities.
7. Attending employee forums/Darbar Meetings to resolve workforce concerns.
8. Industrial accident coordination.
9. Licensing and liaison with government departments.
10. Fulfilling Contract Labour Compliances.
11. Maintaining statutory registers, employee records, and compliance documents.
12. Submission of statutory returns (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, CLRA etc.).

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Male candidates preferred.
  
• Candidate should be based in Chennai .
• 2-4 years of experience in a HR role.
• Strong understanding of HRM principles and practices.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for data management.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for record-keeping purposes.
• Proficiency in English
