Job Role: HR - Statutory Compliance

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage statutory compliances related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other applicable labour laws.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of statutory returns, challans, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate statutory records, registers, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with statutory authorities, consultants, and external agencies when required.
• Monitor changes in applicable labour laws and ensure timely compliance.
• Support statutory audits, inspections, and compliance-related queries.
• Track and resolve compliance discrepancies and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Manage and verify employee attendance, leave, overtime, and related inputs.
• Provide accurate attendance and employee data for monthly payroll processing.
• Addressing attendance and payroll-related discrepancies.
• Prepare statutory and payroll-related reports as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors or master's degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in statutory compliance and payroll support.
• Hands-on experience in PF, ESI, and Gratuity compliance is mandatory.
• Good understanding of applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Experience handling attendance and payroll inputs.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling employee and payroll information.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
• Male candidates preferred.
