HR- Sr. Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment Planning & Selection

Make the recruitment plan as per Business need and execute as per agreed schedules.

2. Employee Welfare & Motivation

Plan & initiate various employee welfare activities to motivate the employees at large for better productivity and retention.

3. HR Strategy

Design & implement various HR strategies as per business interest & requirement from time to time.

4. PMS (Performance Management System)

Plan, schedule, and conduct performance appraisals for all the employees and report to management.

5. Compensation Annual Compensation

review and revision of salary as per management directions.

6. Legal & other regulations

To ensure compliance in respect of all legal and other government regulations in respect of New Wage Code implementation.

7. HR & Admin Budgeting

Plan and make the annual budget and ensure its effective utilization.

8. Discipline & Grievance handling

Ensure the discipline in the workplace and make a grievance-handling mechanism whenever required.

9. Training & Development

Analyze, identify, and plan the training activities in consultation with other departments.

10. Company Policies & Regulations

Suggest, formulate, amend, and effectively implement required policies and regulations for the company from time to time in consultation with the management and business needs.

11. Organization Committees

Guide, support, and facilitate the smooth functioning of various committees.

12. Leadership & Development

Manage, mentor, and develop the HR team, fostering best practices and professional standards.
